Problem
In a competitive property market, users expect fast access to listings with clean navigation and reliable filters. Estate Real One's previous site was slow, inconsistent on mobile, and did not present property imagery clearly. This reduced trust and led to fewer qualified leads.
The business needed a platform that showcased properties confidently, reduced friction for visitors, and encouraged direct contact with agents.
Solution
We rebuilt the front end using Next.js and Tailwind CSS with a mobile-first approach. The redesign prioritised performance, clear property hierarchy, and an intuitive search and filter experience.
Property cards were reworked to emphasize quality photos, essential details, and a clear call to action. Forms were streamlined and images lazy-loaded for faster initial paint. Framer Motion was used sparingly to guide attention without adding load time.
Results
After launch, Estate Real One saw measurable improvements in speed, engagement, and lead generation. The site now reflects the brand's professionalism while helping users find and enquire about properties more quickly.
