Problem
The brand had great products but the store felt slow and cluttered. Visitors were unsure where to focus first. Mobile users especially had difficulty finding products and completing checkout.
Solution
We simplified the layout and focused on product hierarchy. Page components were kept small so images and content load quickly. We tested the shopping flow across devices and removed steps that created friction.
Results
